My favorite pictures of 2019

So to summarize my 2019 in just a few words, I would say – exciting, challenging, feeling of self-worthlessness hitting sometimes, failures and a broken ankle. Totally memorable but nothing too bad either, with some learning, experiencing and a mixed package of everything. I tried and failed not only once but twice, but I succeeded as a mother and as a daughter. I had a couple of things in mind to achieve, but honestly, I never tried too seriously for my goal. It has always amazed me how photographs can bring back tons of memories: and not just of a background, place or the technical aspects surrounding an image. The synapses of the brain are so closely connected that a whole stack of memories and feelings can be evoked by an picture.

The pearl of Lake Como – Bellagio

Bellagio is definitely a must-do when you’re in Lake Como. This cute little dreamy town has caught our attention with its quaint narrow steep walkways, scenic, cafe-lined waterfront and pastel-colored fishermen’s houses provide a perfect landscape for photography.
